Shipping Policy

Once items are marked as shipped the sale is considered final, and cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. A cancellation may be requested through the Contact Us or Chat forms, however is not guaranteed to be processed prior to shipment.

Shipping takes on average 2-4 weeks from being marked shipped to delivery, however may take longer due to supply and shipping delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our items, refunds are not allowed for any reason. Once an order is marked as shipped no refunds, cancellations or returns will be accepted for any reason, even if the item is unopened or unused. If an item is received broken, please take photos of the unused, broken item and send them to fgcommercenetwork@gmail.com, including the order number for the purchase and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped. Breakage and defect rates are very low, so this is a very unlikely scenario. By placing an order you agree that cancellations are not guaranteed and that all sales are final upon shipment.
